Warehousing:
Diligently managing entire WMS of dry & cold stores receipt, issues, transfer, storage, inventory control, documentation and other WMS related issues; administering 6 warehouses in 4 cities - more than 2000 pallets storage capacity. Ensuring proper maintenance of cold and dry warehouses as per municipality and Saudi Foods Drugs Authority requirements
Making sure warehouse operates at peak efficiency while guaranteeing customer satisfaction by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals; arranging cost effective 3P warehouses frozen/dry, and setting-up KPI and evaluating periodically
Leading team of 50 people including store controller, storekeepers, material handler, drivers, laborers, periodic manpower reviews, budgets, and annual appraisals. Developing and monitoring company’s supply chain strategy, enhancing productivity and efficiency keeping in line with set targets and reducing operational cost; handling annual turnover of over 100 million SAR inventory across Regional WH
Logistics & Distribution and Planning
Undertaking annual budget preparation for warehousing, delivery costs, manpower, and payroll by providing historic data and potential business growth to management; Continuously reviewing to ensure achievement of financial targets
Ensuring proper material replenishment system followed for parlors/restaurants, 100% OTIF and avoiding any surplus or deficit inventory situation at parlors through proper controls. Maintaining sufficient stock level, review, and replenish keeping in view shelf life, WH capacity and storage and logistics cost - arranging 3P transportation for timely transfers
Minimizing gaps through proper checks; reviewing stock expiry statement frequently and following up with sales and marketing for liquidation. Participating in development of policies and procedures for efficient distribution; ensuring all operational activities meet legislative and municipality requirements
Ascertaining proper routing of all deliveries in coordination with operation team and based on supply schedule or on request. Facilitating new product launching by providing POP and other marketing materials while assuring timely replenishment of new stocks to all location
Fleet & Customer Service
Maintaining all transport records including vehicle log sheet, vehicle km summary, and vehicle maintenance record sheet.
Processing of PR/PO for maintenance of breakdown vehicles after getting negotiated rates from 3P workshops; undertaking preventive measures to avoid vehicle breakdown and minimize variable costs
Performing strategical analysis on business expansion, proposals for additional fleet and misc. resources; conducting safe driving sessions with drivers and labors and ensuring awareness of new rules and penalties
Handling fleet of over 25 trucks; thermoking maintenance, periodic service from 3P Workshops, branding, Govt fleet regulation and documentation, hygiene standards - disposal and induction of truck if required
Supporting operations team for opening new sites, equipment’s availability, smooth deliveries of construction materials and heavy equipment’s i.e. freezers, household and furniture etc.
Maintaining 24-hours responsive resources to cater any emergency situation at company’s restaurants. i.e. power/equipment breakdowns, emergency supplies, and returns; assisting operations team in real time data on stock issuance, and weekly expiries/damages
• Monitor stock fluctuations to identify areas for replenishment in more than 60 depots.
• Analyse sales trends to ensure good stock repleshment plan.
• Identify ageing of stocks to reduce expiry of stocks in depots.
• Submit consolidated planned order of stock replenishment to Production Team to produce.
• Execute the stock build up plan set by Supply Planning Manager in peak times.
• Assisting the Supply Planning Manager in ensuring that promotional and launch inventory is avialable for sales at the depots in the correct quantity and time as per the overall launch/ promotional plan.
• Ensure in times of SKU shortages that available stocks are allocated to depots as instructed .
• Designing, compiling inventory and other KPI reports to top management.
• Monitor and upload, receipt & dispatch data into SAP in 2 steps reconciliation process on all finished goods and crates, pallets.
• Monitoring stock levels in more than 60 warehouses and actions in case of any deformity
• Preparing Weekly KIPs reports i.e. Reefers turnaround, Lost Sales, Service vs orders and Freshness monitoring of short life Fresh Product
• Coordinate with regional Sales and Logistics to serve sale team regarding Stock replenishment, Order amendments, special order
• Coordinate with outbound Logistics team on any constraint related to Stocks, Warehouse issues and dispatches which may affect reefer schedules and eliminate it
• Coordination with transport for timely reefer turnaround, compile and design the turnaround reports
• Ensuring no variance between the Packing logs and the stock order created to Sales depots
• Ensuring launching of new SKU is replenished in all depots as per the given forecast/allocation
• Monitoring Export documentation procedure to facilitate export manager for smooth transaction
• Ensuring all incoming & outgoing inventory is in meeting the standards set by Company
• Ensure completeness and on time truck loading and unloading.
• Implement and ensure that the “First In First Out” (FIFO) system in the warehouse is being followed
• Sorting out the defected Product and sending it back to CPP following quality and CCM standards
• Maintaining sufficient stocks level to meet the Sale requirement, Inform the supply team in case of
• Lead the inventory team in conducting inventory procedures and make sure that the inventory figures in the system are consistent with the actual count
• Maintain the warehouse well organized and clean.
• Ensure that all transactions are supported by proper documents.
• Follow-up on the status of the complaints/concerns regarding the delivered items and make certain that it is resolved.
• Coordinate with other departments as required by his work and the standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance of all legal and safety procedures in the warehouse.
• Perform supervisory function such as recommending staff movement, performance management and implementing disciplinary measures as deemed fit

• Optimistic approach while facing space constraints in Warehouse during Peak season i.e. Ramadan, Eid
• Managing a Sales Depot as a Logistics Representative who must be able to solve/Communicate all kinds of Constraint related with Logistics & Warehousing, Labor Issues, Depot Accommodation problems, Customer Services etc.
• Reporting to RSM & GSM on Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Annual sales analysis
• Providing town wise sales and outlet throughput to RSM for future decision making
• Proving accurate past sales figures to HO for future sales forecasting
• Remain in touch with supply & Production planning team for getting latest production forecast
• Remain in touch with supply chain for daily stock status and provide it to ASM’s for daily ordering purpose
• Allocate available stock between two areas according to their forecast
• Maintaining necessary inventory levels in Area’s Depots
• Receiving of daily orders, processing it in SAP & forward to Supply chain and ensure its timely execution
• Maintaining the record of Company Assets (Freezers, cycle vans) inducted in market
• Record keeping of company’s Agreement papers with more than 4000 customers in region and providing these to ASM for asset movement
• Creating and Modification of customers in SAP
• Timely Providing Merchandising Material to Area
• Liaison with external service provider regarding new sales promotions
• Maintaining the record of Company Assets (Cars, bikes, Laptops, desktop, printers, Mobiles etc) provided to Sales Force for official use
• Responsible to Verify the Monthly accrual Expenses (Cold Store, Power Generation, Land Rent, Sales vans) claimed by Distributer, and ensure their timely submission to Finance department for payment
• Responsible to Verify and getting approved from RSM the monthly expenses of ASM’s & TSM’s regarding fuel, Maintenance, Mobile and others
• Correspondence with HR team regarding contact to the shortlisted candidates as advised and conducting interviews
• Necessary contribution in staff training events conducted by HO
• Supervise and assist in daily warehouse operations and shipping customer orders
• Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate areas in Warehouse
• Ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and cycle counts and reconciliation activities at the end of every Financial period (Week/Month/Year) end
• Calculating the net variances in inventory and share with Management to review and take necessary decisions
• Optimum utilization of given resources to reduce variable costs, Warehouse Damages and Sales Losses
• Maintain High level of Cold chain management, Hygiene, Health & safety measures in Warehouse

• Respond to customer (S&D). Handle and solve complaints and conflicts regarding storage and delivering of stocks and vehicles issues
• Conduct safety session with junior staff and labor for safe warehouse operations
• Implementing quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements
• Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
• Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances.
• Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
