Warehousing:


Diligently managing entire WMS of dry & cold stores receipt, issues, transfer, storage, inventory control, documentation and other WMS related issues; administering 6 warehouses in 4 cities - more than 2000 pallets storage capacity. Ensuring proper maintenance of cold and dry warehouses as per municipality and Saudi Foods Drugs Authority requirements
Making sure warehouse operates at peak efficiency while guaranteeing customer satisfaction by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals; arranging cost effective 3P warehouses frozen/dry, and setting-up KPI and evaluating periodically
Leading team of 50 people including store controller, storekeepers, material handler, drivers, laborers, periodic manpower reviews, budgets, and annual appraisals. Developing and monitoring company’s supply chain strategy, enhancing productivity and efficiency keeping in line with set targets and reducing operational cost; handling annual turnover of over 100 million SAR inventory across Regional WH

Logistics & Distribution and Planning

Undertaking annual budget preparation for warehousing, delivery costs, manpower, and payroll by providing historic data and potential business growth to management; Continuously reviewing to ensure achievement of financial targets
Ensuring proper material replenishment system followed for parlors/restaurants, 100% OTIF and avoiding any surplus or deficit inventory situation at parlors through proper controls. Maintaining sufficient stock level, review, and replenish keeping in view shelf life, WH capacity and storage and logistics cost - arranging 3P transportation for timely transfers
Minimizing gaps through proper checks; reviewing stock expiry statement frequently and following up with sales and marketing for liquidation. Participating in development of policies and procedures for efficient distribution; ensuring all operational activities meet legislative and municipality requirements
Ascertaining proper routing of all deliveries in coordination with operation team and based on supply schedule or on request. Facilitating new product launching by providing POP and other marketing materials while assuring timely replenishment of new stocks to all location

Fleet & Customer Service

Maintaining all transport records including vehicle log sheet, vehicle km summary, and vehicle maintenance record sheet.
Processing of PR/PO for maintenance of breakdown vehicles after getting negotiated rates from 3P workshops; undertaking preventive measures to avoid vehicle breakdown and minimize variable costs
Performing strategical analysis on business expansion, proposals for additional fleet and misc. resources; conducting safe driving sessions with drivers and labors and ensuring awareness of new rules and penalties
Handling fleet of over 25 trucks; thermoking maintenance, periodic service from 3P Workshops, branding, Govt fleet regulation and documentation, hygiene standards - disposal and induction of truck if required
Supporting operations team for opening new sites, equipment’s availability, smooth deliveries of construction materials and heavy equipment’s i.e. freezers, household and furniture etc.
Maintaining 24-hours responsive resources to cater any emergency situation at company’s restaurants. i.e. power/equipment breakdowns, emergency supplies, and returns; assisting operations team in real time data on stock issuance, and weekly expiries/damages

• Monitor stock fluctuations to identify areas for replenishment in more than 60 depots.
