• Review the project initiation documentation to thoroughly understand the project.
• Manage the project in accordance with Al Futtaim Project management methodology with different teams
MEP, Structure, and its related processes and forms.
• Negotiate with Design Managers on allocating suitable resources to design projects.
• Delegate the tasks to individual Project Managers and set clear standards \Plans for the work to integrate
each task into a completed project.
• Host project meetings at least once a week with the PM team and design leaders.
• Monitor and coordinate the Engineering Technical Design team for correct implementation.
• Make sure all the design specifications and drawings are examined for completeness and correctness
before initiating the IFC construction package and address any deficiency with the Design Manager.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for design projects, and suggest appropriate adjustments to
ensure adherence to the established performance measurement baseline (scope, schedule, cost).
• Document and record delays, changes in scope, and any other incidents that impact the scope of work or
schedule and conduct root cause analysis on those incidents and provide a mitigation plan.
• Perform critical path analysis, in the collaboration with the planner/scheduler.
• Develop and maintain a productive and harmonious working relationship with the client, project team
members, heads of departments, sub-consultants, and other key stakeholders.
• Make sure the projects are properly closed per the company’s project management methodology and design
packages are approved by Authorities and clients.

Project Outline: ABB - GRMS (Guest Room Management System), Light System, Audio/Video Distribution, Security System, in addition to AMX Programming & controlling all the sales center through the Touch Panel.
Installing / Programming / Servicing Home Automation, Responsible for all aspect of the installation, making proper termination, Configuration & programming. Verifying proper operations of features & benefits for installation as well as provide consumer /user training on operation, features & benefits of systems.

•Main Sales Center for SAMA-DUBAI, Rabat, MOROCCO - 14 million
Infra-Structure Design, Light System, Audio/Video Distribution, Security System, in addition to AMX Programming & controlling all the sales center through the Touch Panel.

Smart Home Section: installation of the Light System, Audio/Video Distribution, Security System, in addition to AMX Programming and designing the showroom infrastructure.
