Managed the project following PMI methodology estimating and managing the project resources, maintaining excellent relationship and coordinating with the customer, maintaining relationships and monitoring multiple 3PV companies ensuring their integration with the project constraints, updating stakeholders on project progress with several periodical reports and quarterly Large project Review in front of the Upper Management.
- Services Sales Development (May 2010 - March 2011) my role included following up all new opportunities in the East sub-region (WiMAX, LTE, IBS, MS, ..), Coordinating new opportunities needs with the Global Services and Meeting potential customers presenting Motorola services
