Current Projects:
Full IT Transformation project (Infrastructure; ERP; CRM; IT Processes) for a known Pharma distributor in Lebanon. Reviewed the Infrastructure, applications, IT processes, provided with recommendation, Built an IT roadmap and managing the implementation projects
ERP Implementation (Microsoft D365) and integration with Mobile Application project for a multiple entities leading Pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor in Lebanon
IT Audit project for a governmental organization (As subcontractor)
Reported to Ericsson MS COO and lead the Managed Services cross departmental multinational team in the region to achieve the following tasks:
Ensure contractual KPIs for the region
Ensure service delivery is meeting customer expectation
Managing vendors and subcontractors
Development and implementation of processes and policies and ensure adherence with Ericsson MS policies
Participating in contract negotiation with subcontractors
Regular governance with customer regional management and C level
Regular governance with vendors and subcontractors
Leading critical and large scale swap projects for the Radio, Core and Transmission networks in the region (Rollout of 3 Core Sites, 426 Radio Sites and 477 MW Links)
Leading a team of 12 planners and project managers covering BSS, VAS, Infrastructure and Networking domains for:
Project planning, deployment, control, governance and handover
New business products technical delivery
Capacity & traffic planning
Business continuity
Business analysis

Reported to the IT Director and led the IT Project Management team
Managed customer critical projects such as: Charging & Billing Systems Transformation Project to one Converged Billing System (Huawei CBS), Mobile Money and MPLS Implementation
Built the IT Project Management framework (Reporting, Governance, Engagement)

- Worked on all services aspects for LTE and WiMAX proposals in Iraq
- Coordinated closely sales activities and new offers negotiations with account managers and attended sales meetings with the customers

Managed and worked on the following projects:
- Al-Sard WiMAX Network Implementation Project - North Iraq (July 2010 - present) a $15Million 3 phases project to implement end-to-end WiMAX network including telecom and power equipment covering Kurdistan Iraq by 120 sites plus 2 years of RF optimization, O&M and support. Managed the project following PMI methodology estimating and managing the project resources, maintaining excellent relationship and coordinating with the customer, maintaining relationships and monitoring multiple 3PV companies ensuring their integration with the project constraints, updating stakeholders on project progress with several periodical reports and quarterly Large project Review in front of the Upper Management.
- Services Sales Development (May 2010 - March 2011) my role included following up all new opportunities in the East sub-region (WiMAX, LTE, IBS, MS, ..), Coordinating new opportunities needs with the Global Services and Meeting potential customers presenting Motorola services
- Ogero FTTH Trial (July 2009 - September 2009)
Lead the Fiber To The Home trial presented by Motorola to Ogero Lebanon
- Mada Jordan WiMAX Network Implementation (October 2008 - June 2009) as Rollout manager for the implementation of Core and RAN for a 180 sites WiMAX Network.
Managing the credit card system in the bank.
• Managed all technical aspects of BankWorks the Credit Card Management system like upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, daily follow-up issues for both the database and the application
• Maintained the relationships with the vendors
• Managed relationship and coordinate business and technical cases with MasterCard and Visa
• Provided answers on daily users consultation on system and business aspects
• Troubleshoot daily problems and provide immediate solution or report problems that could not be solved locally to Vendors, Visa and MasterCard
• Responsible for database storage management and maintenance, performance and tuning, data accuracy and standardization, SQL scripts, database replication maintenance and archiving system.
• Provided consultation on reports generation and approve customers related reports
• Attended several conferences, seminars and courses with MasterCard and VISA (IPM, Smart Card, Fraud…)

• Designed the LAN for the new building of the company

• Installing systems in the branches (Network, Servers and Stations)
• Troubleshooting and following up on all 35 branches problems such as hardware, application, network and OS problems (Unix SCO)
