Communicate the business dimension in strategic way to enhance the brand / image perception and using multiple sourcing channels and methods to reach the target talent.
Candidate management
Candidates qualifying, interviewing, coaching, managing offer/rejection and give them information to facilitate resignation and onboarding
Selection tests
Recognize and administrate the right test based on job related competency or K-S-A-O (e.g. cognitive ability tests, aptitude tests, personality inventory tests, tacit knowledge and practical intelligence test -situational judgment test - Tests of Emotional Intelligence, job knowledge tests, assessment center.
Interview development
Design, conduct and evaluate all type of structured interviews, Situational interview, behavioral interview and competency-based interview with rating scale.
Develop interview questions, Situational questions, behavioral questions and competency-based questions
Design and manage multiple mini interview sessions “MMI”
Job advertising
Conduct multiple job analysis methods and design competency model.
Review and update job description
Job posting techniques using realistic job preview (RJP) and lowering expectancy method.
Keep job and recruitment / selection process on legal and labor law track
Decision making
Advice en collection and combination of test information (statistical and clinical)
Advice on the appropriate and most profitable decision-making models (unit and rational weighting, ...).
Onboarding
Develop onboarding program for all level and to all employee locally and international to facilitate
integration faster.
