3. Handling manpower planning & budget.
4. Maintain ERP Software.
5. Maintain the personal details of the concerned employee.
6. Obeying responsibility for all HR & Compliance issues.
7. Communication with left employee by register letter.
8. Taking steps of final settlement.
9. Applying action against employee according to Bangladeshi labor law 2006 & Rules 2015.
10. Follow up any other tasks assign by the management.
• Forming and maintaining employee records
• Updating databases internally, such as sick and
maternity leave
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR
documents, i.e. employment contracts and
recruitment guides
• Reviewing and renewing company policies and
legal Compliance
• Communicating with external partners
• Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as
company turnover
• Helping with various arrangements internally,
from travel to processing expenses
