Provisioning the Base and Final Configurations of the Clients of BT for Channels involving the Coordination of BT Technical Support Team with the respective channels.

Building Base and Final configuration for the Cisco routers for Leased Line, Ethernet, DSL, HVPN, STD DSL & NNI connection.
Support field engineer on call for router installation and also confirm that the configuration is working properly and WAN Link is up.
Building HSRP & GLBP configuration for Customer routers.
Knowledge of routing protocols Like, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP.
Adding & removing routers from monitoring.
Working on change activities like Router & Access swap, QoS and Speed Change in scheduled downtime.
