• Supervise and Monitor the Site Progress per substation
• Conduct site inspections and evaluations.
• Coordinate with the Clients & also to Consultants for the daily instructions to site.
• Prepare and Attend Safety & Quality Weekly Report Presentation with the Client (KAHRAMAA).
• Estimate and prepare the Cost of a Barangay Project (Day Care Center, Multi-Purpose Hall, etc)
• Conduct site inspections and evaluations.
• Supervise the Project and serves as Inspector to the Contractor.
• Serves as Subdivision Administrator to the Lot Owners.
• Responsible in the assurance of the Quality of the Project.
• Responsible for application of the permits like Building permits, DENR permits etc.
• Conduct site verifications and inspections.
• Attend and consult Barangay Hearing and Resolution in connection to the issues and concerns of the people of the Barangay.
• Supervise the Project and prepare documents for billing.
• Consultant to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Conduct and supervise Field Density tests and other Quality Tests.
• Responsible in preparing Daily and Monthly Accomplishment Report in connection to Quality Test of the project.
• Conduct Site Inspection.
• Estimate the Cost of a Barangay Project (Day Care Center, Multi-Purpose Hall, etc).
• Draw or Design Barangay Projects.
