• Management of the maintenance and update of the Project Reporting System (PRS2.7) report;
• Review and update of all bid risks and opportunities and the policing of routine risk and opportunity reviews;
• Preparation and delivery of briefing materials.

Hand-picked to be the head of a team of 29 specialists providing Training Needs Analysis, training design, delivery and evaluation to support the introduction of a new, £2.9 Bn digital communications system throughout the British Army. Responsibilities also included design and installation of the new system into vehicles, system management software and support procedures.
