DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN QATAR STEEL
• Internal and external communications with agencies, clients, posting in web, etc., to name a few
• Handling events, exhibitions, technical seminars
• Handling corporate sponsorship, donation and CSR activities
• Handling exhibition, stand design for exhibitions, collaterals designs for any events, gift items, developing advertising campaign, etc.
• Preparation and managing budget
• Managing website posting, press release, report submission
• PR Activities, like developing of in-house magazine, and press release
• Conceptualizing and developing signature gift items
• Conceptualizing branding collaterals, signage, vehicle branding
• Media co-ordination
• Developing advertising and event management agencies for mutual relationships
• Budget planning for the year
Corporate Social Responsibility
Contributing positively for the local communities & environment has always been the part of job profile.
Implementing corporate social responsibilities, like donation for Crescent Red Cross Society, distribution of Braille book, plantation teak tree/ Cidar tree for developing green belt/combat pollution; children’s park, etc., donation for orphanage group (BRAZAN youth Center for Arab Children Forum) in Qatar, Sponsoring for to name a few.
