PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
• Build a new engineering department for the analysis and repair of the new product.
• Make the overall planning for the group activities in-line with the department and company’s set targets for the given fiscal
year; Planning includes target measurable indices, target completion of each activity, manpower allocation, and budget for
factory tools, supplies, and consumables.
• Supervise manpower of engineering department through enhancement of their technical and professional skills; Assure the
complete documentation and quality of their reports.

• Conduct product analysis, troubleshooting, and give effective countermeasures.
