This is a ONE BILLION QR Project of 4B + G + M + 23F (office tower) | 29F (residential
tower) | 38F (hotel tower) named as Corniche Park Towers, Doha, Qatar.
Roles and Responsibilities
Reviews and inspects daily progress of works, work methods, quality, accuracy, and
expertise of the contractor’s staff.
Site daily activities and certification and comply with Quality assurance / Quality
assurance of all assigned projects.
Any of works/materials do not comply with QA/QC; will be reported to the Project
Manager and report will be prepared and for further action against to contractor.
Monitors progress of works in accordance with approved Master Schedules and advises
the contractor in his planning and efforts to achieve the same.
Prepares schedules of tests and advises contractor to carry out the same. Observes and
witness tests in progress, prepares reports, on acceptance/rejection of works and advises
accordingly.
This is a Rs 4.99 BILLION Project for the construction of elevated metro rail for the 10.75 km of the
metro line.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise Construction Crews.
Preparing the request for inspection for consultant for work.
Inspect to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
