Manages the end to end IT Asset Lifecycle including asset procurement, inventory, change management, deployment and disposal in compliance to corporate policy, processes and procedures.
Coordinating procurement processes, customer requirements, contracts, SLA’s, vendor communication and escalations to ensure delivery and support of quality IT services across Aspire Zone SBUs.
Develop and implement proactive processes and procedures for managing and monitoring of printing services including consumables, inventories and operational status.
Conduct and report software/hardware asset reconciliation and audit activities on a timely basis, including licensing, warranty, and maintenance and support contract information.

• Ensure accurate tracking of hardware and software licenses, reviewing and managing IT resource volume and expenditure purchase agreements.
• Managing the inventory of key items (PCs, laptops, monitors) at all times and advising the IT manager when stocks need to be replenished, especially for long lead time items.

• Ensure up to date documentation for supplier/vendor contracts, including SLAs, warranties and service records for IT equipment.
• Ensure up to date documentation and revision tracking for IT procedures, policies and process and recurring processes such as systems checks, tranche records and service records
• No adverse audit findings with regards to documentation, inventory, service and tranche records
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, legislation and regulations
• Ensure ANZ's core values are always maintained in dealing with colleagues and customers
• Provides support on process management activities such as IT physical requirements in workstation movement.
