- Verify invoices and identify discrepancies that may have occurred at the time of shipments received.
- Ensure invoices are VAT compliant (where applicable).
- Coordinate with planners, warehouse team and supply chain in case of cost/ quantity issues to ensure that accurate information is recorded and posted on the system.
- Coordinate with payments team to maintain the accounts payable ledger so that all payments are properly accounted for, posted and carried out on a timely basis.

- Business development:
