➢ Remote Support of GSM, PRI, BRI, Analogue, Digital Gateways and PRI, BRI
Digital Sip Trunk Configuration.
➢ Configure and establish Duct Station / IVR / Peer & Sip Trunk between Sites.
➢ Configure and establish VPN site to site connectivity between customer various
branch using firewalls such as Sonic Wall, Dry-tek, Cyber-rom and TP-link Etc.
➢ Remote support of Windows 2016, Windows 2012 and 2008 Servers, Active
Directory, Domain Hosting, Hyper-V Servers and VM servers.
➢ Online configuration & Remote Support of CCTV IP Camera, NVR and Network
connected DVR systems Such as CP Plus, Samsung, Hikvision, Dahua, and UNV.
➢ Hosting & Configuration of Microsoft office 365 and G Suite deployment to
enterprise.
➢ Assisting the company’s business development team in developing proposals
within the digital marketing segment brand campaigns including creative
development, newsletter marketing and all Product Promo Creation using Editing
Software’s such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier pro & Adobe Lightroom.
➢ Manage and monitoring issues related to Web host and Cloud mail servers.

Dell PowerEdge R710, Dell PowerEdge R720 and Dell Power Edge R620. Etc.
• Installing, Configuring & Migrating Windows 2008 R2 and 2012 Data Center Servers.
