Purchasing bid documents and properly filling them out was my duty as an employee of that organization. Since all of the materials for the document were imported from the Korean company, I had extensive communication with them while I was drafting it, and I continued to do so when I filled out the technical and financial requirements of the bid. After that, I have to submit the bid before the deadline, and if our company wins the bid, I have to handle the shipment procedure. Once the installation gets underway, it is my duty to oversee the site. Additionally, it is my duty to turn over the work to the company after the site is finished.
During my time with the company, I completed the installation of three asphalt plants, the shipping of five asphalt plants, and the transfer of one asphalt plant to Ethiopian Roads Authority.
