• Identifying & inspecting container vessels for both chartering and purchase.
• Negotiating & concluding various vessel fixtures. Attending post fixture work.
• Implement deployment, re-deployment, diversions, port omission’s ETC decisions.
• Monitor round voyage performance, schedule integrity and port performance.
• Various voyage costing, cost & revenue budget and evaluate service viability.
• Assess viability and investment returns, in terms of cost/investment out lay, assess revenue contribution, operational viability ETC on planned new services.
• Capacity management to maximize space utilization.
• Initiate and conclude MOA/MOU/agreements with customers, inter partner & various terminals.
• Involved in day to day terminal related activities and securing window at various ports.
• Handling VIP accounts & strong rapport with customers in UAE and other areas.
• Involved in services covered ports in East Africa including Somalia & Somali land, Indian Sub-continent, Upper & lower Gulf, Far East.
