Manage the design processes required to HVAC
Systems, power generation, site Electrical Reticulation networks, and complete
The design of new mechanical / electrical / plumbing
Installations including water and sewerage installations, fire suppression installations, fuel installations,
Buildings / warehouses electrical supply systems.
Ensure the facility safety & Functionality.
Review and approve mechanical / electrical / plumbing designs prepared by Consultants including
water, sewerage, fuels,
P&ID diagrams, electrical schematics, electrical load calculations, plumbing isometrics, and detailed cons
truction drawings.
Oversee and manage the work required for the installation, construction, operation and maintenan
ce of mechanical / electrical and plumbing networks.
Install, inspect, maintain, test and certify electrical supply networks including power distribution b
oards / panels, facilities, receptacles, lighting switches, cables / wiring, electric motors, electric pu
mp stations and electrical appliances and equipment.
Test, sample, inspect, certify, keep records and report in accordance with UAE mechanical / electr
ical and plumbing standards and policies.
Manage the commissioning phase of mechanical / electrical and plumbing installations and provid
e the necessary Certifications where required to ensure compliance with UAE specifications.
Oversee and manage the construction works for all mechanical / electrical and plumbing installati
ons.
Ensure construction works are completed to the agreed project works schedule and budget.
Undertake Quality Control inspections of all mechanical / electrical and plumbing construction wo
rks.
Report any non-compliance of work undertake by Subcontractor / Tradesmen.
Oversee pipe fabrication, welding, jointing, installation and commissioning of plumbing systems.
Prepare and approve Purchase Request Forms for mechanical / electrical and plumbing projects.
Work from plans and specifications and follow rough sketches and oral and written instructions;
And related capacities and abilities.
Prepare regular progress reports.
Maintain accurate records of completed construction works.
Required to work a variety of hours to ensure all mechanical / electrical and plumbing systems in
emergency situations to ensure the proper functioning of all systems.
Performs other work as required to include assisting other departments.
Perform other duties as requested by the Operation Manager

Following up with the sub contractors & company technical staff in the sites & maintaining quality workmanship up to Japanese standard by testing & commissioning the equipment handed over by the contractor. Following up with snags on the job completed M&E installations such as central air-conditioning installation. Monitoring with automated operating system, followed up maintenance with CMMS(Computer Monitored Maintenance Solution) in-charge for six locations in JD Edwards, an (oracle program), preparing operation & maintenance budget, reports, safety applications.

Managing different nationalities, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Workshop & Civil staffs. Also overlooked the largest staff accommodation in Riyadh in all technical issues. Monitoring the operation of chill water production (on district cooling scheme) to the Customers, equipments, AHU's, FAHU units, & FCU’s supplied in the whole area.
