Video and project instructor for 3 years and then promoted to teacher trainer, responsible for conducting pre and in-service trainings for the instructors working at Preparatory school, giving presentations both in and out of the country. Book committee member, in charge of choosing the appropriate coursebooks to be used in the school. Preparing and conducting needs analysis questionnaires and preparing materials accordingly.
Preparing and conducting pre-service trainings for the newly hired English instructors, doing in-class observations, giving feedback to the instructors, organising and scheduling in-service trainings in accordance with the needs arisen from the in-class observations, conducting seminars and presentations in-home and abroad on leadership and management, writing and/or editing books, choosing the proper coursebooks to meet the targets of the preparatory school, preparing materials and needs analysis questionnaires and conducting them.
English Instructor for regular course and exam groups whose job includes teaching both receptive and productive skills. Supervised a group of academic people on developing second language acquisition skills. Taught English to University students for their exams.
Dissertation was on "Marlowian Concept of Heroizm" in English Drama which I find quite useful in generating creativity while prepring my lesson plans.
Also earned a teaching certificate from this accredited university.
