Job responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Utilize various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
• Develop and implement efective sourcing strategies to atract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth and eficient interview process by providing candidates with necessary information and instructions.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
• Provide hiring managers with regular updates on the status of recruitment eforts.
• Assist in the preparation of job ofers and employment contracts.
• Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating the onboarding process.
• Work with HR and other departments to ensure new hires are properly set up and integrated into the organization.
• Seek feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment strategies and tools.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to streamline and manage the recruitment process.
• Leverage data analytics to improve sourcing and hiring decisions.

• Able to manage machine learning data services to the virtual system.
• Managing operations for AVOC team.
• Handlings defects with the robotics team and reporting them as per the hierarchy
• Maintaining the targets as per the production management on daily basis.
• Monitoring the machines accuracy and making the changes to improve its
• accuracy.
• Validating the jobs of the NIKE team where the machine confidence goes low.
