During the job I have learned the a lot things about attitude and the basics customer services and I have the presentation skills, in the every week I arrange the training session to provide the information regarding the new packages and new value added services to our Retail Sales Officers (RSO) and our Customer Relation Officer (CRO). During the job I'm being awarded as the best Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) of the month And now a days im awarded as a BEST MANAGER OF THE YEAR NAWABSHAH ZONE .when I'll receive the opportunity then insha allah I will perform better then ever to take the company higher then ever before.
