• Responsible for collaborating with system engineering/product architects and identifying dependencies, both logical and technical.
• Collaborate with Project Management to define a release schedule for all components under management, maintain a forward schedule of changes.
• Work with Project Management and deployment/support staff to ensure that necessary infrastructure and middleware upgrades are integrated into the planned release schedule.
• Proactively establish the end-to-end activities for the deployment of a software release (via Implementation Plan), inclusive of all plans necessary for back-out.
• Responsible for ensuring that all Implementation Plans are consistent with defined Release Services Processes and are repeatable.
• Responsible for updates to Application Portfolio when new products/versions/releases are deployed.
• Accountable for all Service Level Agreements for environment provisioning and component deployments.
• Conduct Post-Deployment Analysis of all implementations and reporting of established metrics .
• Participate in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) efforts for all Release Services Process and Procedures.
Project Manager
• Partner with ITC Infotech executives and leaders in the initiation, planning, monitoring, and management of technology initiatives
• Create and manage all project deliverable through the use of project management tools
• Deliver stakeholder level presentations and summaries on Project status to Business Executive teams as well as Project Quality Team on health, financials, resources, scope, and risk
• Assess & mitigate risks to ensure corrective action is taken before the problem occurs
• Influences decision making to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of initiatives
• Drive execution of all phases of enterprise-wide or high complexity Projects - include, but are not limited to: scope, risk, quality, change management, resources, and financials
• Manage dependencies, resource constraints, and issues across the project(s) including change management or business process challenges that create project risk.
• Perform all aspects of project cost management - estimating, budgeting, and cost control, tracking and reporting.
• Identify cross project dependencies, business impacts, and facilitate coordination of these where necessary
• Executes the daily tasks associated with assigned initiatives, conducts follow-up, facilitates meetings, coordinates communication, and maintains documentation
