My Role as Marketing Manager at Palma Holding is to oversee marketing communication, Public Relation, Marketing Campaigns (Print, Outdoors & Online), Digital Marketing, and Brand & Identity Development of Projects. It includes design and production of print materials with direct response needed for broadcast campaigns.in line with the need to keep the brand in front of the target audience. Managing press relations, speaking engagements, special events, Project launch and community outreach activities. Website maintenance & management of social media platform is one of the key roles. Supervising staff of professionals & serving as internal consultant to our core business units within the Palma holding. Often preparing business proposals to pitch new projects.

Marketing Plan & Budget:
 Designing & Planning and administering the firm’s annual marketing operational budget and MARCOM plan for all business units.
 Developing marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment policy, nature of market, copyrights and royalty requirements to cost & markup factors.
 Involved in strategic planning of client presentation, proposals, develop and deliver creative presentations where appropriate.

Digital Marketing:
Managing social media platforms from concept to delivery with strategic planning and generating content in line with the proposed digital media strategy. Monitoring and analyzing campaigns through media monitoring tools to provide insights and recommendations to CEO.
 Maximize growth and reach by developing and implementing integrated social media marketing strategies.
 Acquire new customers through social media campaigns with specific call to actions and measurable results
 Increase online visibility, website traffic, and lead generation, through Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns
 Key liaison with external agencies and partners, for both media planning and creative briefs.
 Managing the creative material for digital advertising and coordination of website and online marketing executions
Brand Management:
Revamped brand identity at Palma holding with coordination of Palma team, since than monitoring market trends and marketing activities and advertising to ensure the right message is being delivered with respective call to action. Working closely with marketing team and creative agencies to ensure consistent branding, the designs & messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines. Continue to develop brands for new projects when required.

 Evaluating material for accuracy and optimum quality.(Issuing Final Approval after evaluation)
 Reviewing and approving purchase order (PO) for marketing material.
 Coordinating and following up with purchase department till delivery received.
