Finasi works as Construction Contract Company and also the exclusive distributor in the Middle East for: MOLTENI & C, CITTERIO Spa, CAZZARO Spa, DADA, KME, and OKALUX, for supply of High class Furniture.
POSITION: Finance Manager
Key responsibilities are preparation of management, forecasting & budgetary reports, supervising book-keeping, closing of accounts & audit, coordination with banks & vendors, responsible for billing & recoveries.
➢ Dealing with banks to provide information as requested from time to time in finalization of credit lines. Dealing with Letter of Credits, (Import and Export)
➢ Preparation of BP for the FY in co ordination with operation department. Reporting the variances to keep track the budgeted figures on monthly basis.
➢ Finalization of Financial Statements according to IFRS.
➢ Maintain a high standard of discipline within the department and ensure that all managers are performing to expectation; in conjunction with the Group FCO and other relevant bank departments and divisions, provide timely and accurate information and reports on a regular basis to senior management.

➢ Manage special fiscal activities of a highly specialized nature (i.e., preparation of Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, review/control of internal services and enterprise funds, development of forms/reports, etc.)
