•Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen forma.
•Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
•Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
•Establishes entry priorities.
•Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete. am in chef's absence
•and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients
Position : RECEPTIONIST a Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls.
•Maintains security and telecommunications system.
•Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
•Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
•Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
•Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges. required by the local health department & ensures that food sanitation, safety proper food handling functions are practiced.
