- Lead a team of utilities technicians in maintaining and operating critical brewery
utilities, including water treatment, wastewater treatment, NH3cooling plant, CO2
recovery plant, boilers, and compressed air systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and
ensure uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize utilities processes to improve
efficiency and cost savings.
- Implement safety protocols and train team members in best practices, to reduce in
workplace incidents.
- Supervise the calibration and maintenance of equipment to maintain high-quality
standards and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, including APM and Kaizen, to enhance
equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and equipment
performance
- Analyze and follow up of daily consumption of water, thermal and energy based on
the production capacity
- Operated de-crater, preform blow modular, packer machines with efficiently
- Started and stopped the machines safely and correctly with proper procedures
- Monitored the machines for proper operating and identified any potential problems
