IT Tasks:
•Build new branch network and PCs from starch and connect to Head Office.
•Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues.
•Install and update applications for work on SAP, Email and DRD System.
•Monitor routers and wired/wireless network and keep it always online.
•Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software
•Train new employee to use Company system.
•Help and show PC users to good using computer and other software.
Other Tasks:
•Purchase Toners, cartridge and another equipment.
•Sales & finance tasks in SAP SD (enter sales orders, Invoices, returns).
•Sales tasks (Get orders, follow customer and payments).
•Warehouse tasks in SAP MM (enter items, stock monitor, Physical inventory).
•Warehouse tasks (receiving, loading, monitoring and organize stock & batches).
•Manage and monitor Handheld system for DRD (Direct Retail Distribution) sales.
1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software.

The college of Computer and Informatics is willing to offer graduation to highly competent national cadres specialized in computers. The new programs of IT bachelor degree aim at qualifying cadres to perform the skills of planning, management, execution and maintenance of the computer infrastructure of establishments of various activities with attention to providing support and assistance to those working therewith. The program concentrates on combing the knowledge and application of this specialty in several fields such as building and integration of computer programs, building and management of networks and systems, in addition to the fields of governance, projects management and computer centers.
