• November 2016 till now: Director of Business Development in TYPSA Engineering Consulting Group, which is a leading consulting engineering group in the fields of transport, buildings, water, environment, energy, and rural development. The following experiences are accomplished:
o Supervise all activities within the work area with a primary focus on communicating with key partners to identify opportunities.
o Coordinate with partners and has a key role in the liquidation of opportunities and the identification of good and profitable from the technical point of view.
o Conduct analytical studies of market needs and potential needs and requirements for business development.
o Support all existing projects and solve their problem.
o Work with teams with diverse cultural backgrounds.

• March 2015 to October 2016: Project engineer and project coordinator in the railway project with SAR and Imam Mohammed Bin Saud University carried out by TYPSA Engineering Consulting group. The following tasks are achieved:
o Create teams and the development of goals and tasks for each team and identifying the individual’s responsibilities.
o Review of project work plans and make adjustments as needed.
o Arrange meetings with architects, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors and workers.
o Monitor and follow-up the work progress in the projects periodically.

• July 2014 to February 2015- Assistant general manager of the environmental center in the Riyadh Municipality. The following expertise is gained:
o Establish and discuss all environmental long- and short-term policies of the Municipality in the Riyadh region.
o Adopt and promote environmentally friendly procedures to prevent pollution.
o Raise awareness of society about the importance of preserving the environment.

Assistant General Manager of the Environmental Centre in Riyadh Muncipality. à Riyadh Municipality

• July 2014 up to date - Assistant General Manager of the Environmental Centre.
The Environmental Center was established in order to foresee the environmental aspects of the Riyadh Municipality plans. The center is going to be responsible for all the enviromental long and short term policies of the Municipality in Riyadh region. In addition to that the center shall be an effective tool for adopting and promoting an environmental friendly procedures and raising awareness of society about the importance of preserving the environment in the city.

• May 2014 up to December 2014 - Determinant of the Head Committee & General Coordinator for organization of Urban Environment Conference - Riyadh 2014 hosted in Riyadh, under the slogan "Building Environment to Promote the Sustainable Development of Cities." The international conference in which a group of local, Arab & international experts are participating in aims at improving environment in the Arab cities and the transfer of the best international practices and knowhow in the field of Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning which together constitute the main factor to achieve sustainable development of cities. My duties and responsibilities include:
o Management & preparation of the meetings of the organizational committee.
o Coordination between the Head committee and sub committees.
o Coordination, organization and supervision of the arrangements regarding the foreign speakers in the conference form USA, UK, Norway, China & Japan.

• December 2011 up to date - Riyadh Municipality Representative in the Environmental Protection Technical Committee that follows AR Riyadh Development Authority. The committee which has members representing all government bodies in Riyadh City tasks include laying the environmental policies for Riyadh Region on the short and long term and carrying out the relevant studies and researches and reporting the outcomes of all that to Higher Executive Committee under the Chairmanship of HRH Riyadh Governor.

• September 2011: Assistant of Studies, Development & Researches Manager and Head of Consultants Division in Riyadh Municipality - Services Agency where my duties and responsibilities include:
o Supervision of Consultants Contracts.
o Preparing the technical studies related to Waste Management Development.
o Supervision of Cleaning Contracts with the value of SR 2.5 Billion and 9, 377 workers and 1692 vehicles and ensuring the requirements are met as per the contracts.
o Holding periodical consultants & contractors follow up meetings, to review and follow up with all cleaning projects performance.
o Submission of weekly and monthly work performance reports.
o Supervision of Municipal Waste Management System in Riyadh program (MWMSR).
o Preparation of the consultants contracts for Riyadh Municipality.
o Full supervision of the preparations, design of all brochures and technical bulletins issued by Riyadh Municipality.


As a result of our continuous supervision, recent statistics about the contractor performance indicate that 8 out 10 contractors exceeded the 90% performance score while the other 2 are showing remarkable and rapid improvement.
Work Experience

• May 2010: Training and practicing for a period of 4 months in Bin Laden Contracting Group in KSA, where I participated in the following:
o Project planning, budgeting, and identifying resources to projects.
o Create teams and the development of goals and tasks for each team and identifying the individual’s responsibilities.
o Budget management and follow-up of project expenses.
o Review of project work plans and make adjustments as needed.
o Attending meetings with architects, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and workers.
o Monitor and follow up the work progress in the projects periodically and issuing report in this regard.

• September 2009: Training for 4 months in Al Mousa Consultant Office in KSA.
