Ensure that highest standards of all Health Affairs Technical Services are maintained through the implementation of best auditing practices and related policy and procedures are in place and adhered to on a unified and consistent basis.
I was responsible to enhance and guarantee the quality of projects & support services, also in charge of the Services Budget (Controlling, monitoring, and preparation of the services annual budget (Approximately SR 270, 000, 000 /Year).
I was given responsibility to evaluate appraisals of existing investments and/or new projects. Technical evaluation covers all aspects related to Capital Costs e.g. Land, Machinery & Equipment and Pre-Operating Expenses and Operating Costs such as raw, packaging materials (cost, source, and quantity), manpower requirements and usage rate of utilities.
Postgraduate Certificate in the Theory and Practice of Advance Course in Design, Manufacture and Management (ACDMM) from the University of Cambridge (UK). “Equivalent to Master Level Study” The major activities of the course are lectures covering a wide range of topics, together with visits to more than 100 companies in the UK and some European countries (France, Germany). In addition, candidate given assignments and projects, which were usually carried out in groups of two or three students and took periods ranging from 1-3 weeks to complete in a manufacturing firm. http://www.ifm.eng.cam.ac.uk/common/az.html One assignment involved writing a dissertation titled "Recycling Plastic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia". The dissertation is part of the requirement to get the ACDMM course certificate. The BS degree program offered by the Mechanical Engineering Department (MED) designed to prepare the graduate for all phases of Mechanical Technology, whether in design or operations. The primary objectives of the first two years are to provide the necessary background of physics, mathematics, drawings and engineering subjects.
