Develop a clear M&E framework for each ongoing projects based on project proposals, implementation plans, and donor reporting requirements.
Perform data quality assurance, tracking, analysis, interpretation and reporting on progress and achievements.
Contribute to the design and rollout of tools and evaluations.
Utilize available technology to enhance and support M&E activities.

Represent JRF in relevant inter-agency discussions and participate in relevant workshops
Ensure an effective roll-out of M&E collection and reporting systems to all staff and partners through training,
Identify and design innovative practices to improve M&E efficiency and effectiveness and incorporate them into the organization.
Analyze M&E data and produce reports, factsheets with useful statistical analysis and presentation (charts, tables, histograms, box plots) as necessary in a timely manner.
Review the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery of portal ForUs.
Identify, analyse, prioritize, mitigate and communicate IT project risks.
Close contact with key stakeholders and decision makers to convey IT solutions.
Analyze software & configuration requirements & articulate specifications.
Monitor the progress of the employability and entrepreneurship portal ForUs.
Follow up the development activities of the portal and maintain their integrity.
Define problems, analyze causes, identify possible solutions, and select the best solution, and develop action plans.
Measure and evaluate whether the planned and implemented activities are actually producing the intended outcomes
Responsible for measuring and evaluating government programs/initiatives.
Inform the Prime Minister of delays and barriers to the full implementation of government policies, programs and projects.
Attend Infrastructure and Service Committee meetings, which take decisions on a country scale.
Develop a system that helps to monitor all governmental projects.
Generate monthly reports regarding projects progress and accomplishment to the Prime Minister.
Develop and maintain an online monitoring and reporting system to manage the process of launching new products and flagging any delays that may occur regarding the launching.

Administer the development and implementation of the SSC Strategy Control and Evaluation System owned by the Strategic Division in order to monitor the strategy implementation and conduct.
Design and development of an online M&E system to improve implementation through early warning indicators (flags), and provide reporting on the outcomes of projects.
