- Managing technical service delivery responsibilities for Mobily Public Cloud and connectivity Projects.
- Provide full spectrum of Services Management (SM) for a service line(s). This includes full knowledge of
Mobily’s products and services strategy.
- Be client visible and provide E2E delivery of Mobily Cloud services including and not limited to IPVPN
links, Managed Router, Managed Firewall, Colocation & HMC services, and SAB B1 over Mobily Cloud.
- Perform front-office client relationship that may span multiple countries, including customer’s vendors and
system integrators.
- Supervise the execution of Wireless and Fiber connectivity projects, which provide Mobily customers with
the connectivity to link their distributed sites with each other’s via Mobily MPLS Cloud.
- Build, manage and lead a delivery team to fulfill client need within their scope of services. This includes
supplying project deliverables and provides technical resources from project pools to fulfill agreed project
services.
- Maintain a working level understanding of all technical services supported within a delivery tower with the
ability to provide direction to teams in support of client critical business processes and infrastructure.
- Promote and implement Mobily standards and best practice as the foundation of service for the client.
As a main representative of the IT department of western region (Jeddah, Makkah and Taif), the following are some of the tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintaining computer systems, databases designing and implementation (MS Access 2000/2003, MS SQL2000)
- System Administration (Windows 2000 server, Sun Solaris 8 & 10, IBM RS/6000 AIX, Lotus Notes)
- Ensure the integrity of all data held in the infrastructure databases and computer systems including the element management systems in the Regional Control Center of the Saudi Arabia National Guard (Western Region).
- Server / PC’s hardware and software upgrade and migration.
- Coordinating with different project managers from different departments regarding IT phases.
- Project leader for the installation of the new digital link in Jeddah site.
- Responsible for the HF analysis system and encryption units.
As part of advanced databases course, the ESS (Examination Scheduling System) web site Project is meant to help registration department staff of the KFUPM university to manage all functions of examinations and scheduling for different courses. Also, it helps in assigning proper location for different exams. This project was implemented using ASP as a front-end interface (using the IE browser) and SQL Server 7.0 as a back end DBMS. Paint Shop Pro 5 was used as a graphical tool to enhance the design of the web site.
As a requirement of my Co-op program, I worked in the IT department as a software programmer on IBM AS / 400 platform. Programming with RPG, CL, SQL languages. Participated in the Quotation System project. This project was directed to enhance the process of producing a fast quotation for the customers. This Project was awarded as excellent Co-operative work in the department of Information and Computer Science in KFUPM.

This is a programming language course in Java. An introduction to the field of object-oriented and basic programming techniques was included. Concepts like inheritance and polymorphism was introduced. The course took a period of 3 months.
