- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned networks projects.
2- Evaluate existing tools, methodologies, best practices and technologies to enhance project planning or execution
3- Lead internal or external problem-solving teams as directed by management.
4- Assist in resolving project management problems related to project planning deficiencies, project quality defects (in engineering, procurement, or installation), schedule slippages, and potential cost over runs.
5- Participate in the development of standards, guidelines, instructions, policies and procedures, surveys or other content on an as-required basis.
