I am the Inventory Control and Purchasing Manager in National Parts Division for the Infinity and Nissan Vehicles since the first of November till to date.
And my main responsibilities are Purchase and Monitor the Order on daily basis by kingdomwide, Final touch up for Emergency and Air orders, Support to Service department and After sales Division by kingdomwide, including stock control tasks.
After being trained for almost five years as supply technician.I then shoulder the following job duties and responsibilities within the supply chain.
1-Warehouses:
*Issuing, turn in, storaging, receiving, shipping, packing and crating, validating all kind of supply materials that include but not limited to spare parts, clothing`s, stationeries, lubricants and flammable materials.
2-Inventory Management:
*Counting, validating, shelf life items control.
3-Materials Management:
*Stoke control, purchasing, following urgent requests, demand processing and research itmes for customer as valuable resources.
4-Training Control:
*Training and supervising all personnel under going training that includes, scheduling, testing, evolutions and field visits.
In august 1994 I joined the British aerospace system, where I was trained as supply technician in which I have had a wide spectrum of training opportunities in the technical field which includes, technical courses, on the job training (OJT) and management courses. Acquainted with all required training that is established by the Royal Saudi Air force qualifications & job proficiency skills, (skl-3,skl-5,skl-7) I than spent the rest of my employment with the same company as technician, supervisor and training manager in all aspect of supply management system.
