- Managing the consumer bank’s day to day business affairs related to the internet, and mobile channels, monitor their performance / usage / availability...etc, and plan/manage delivery of projects in line with business strategy.
- Gathering requirements and writing Business Requirements Document. Additionally, creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
- Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders, and Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
- Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
- Working on internet banking projects (Website, mobile App, BI system, SMS gateway system and the backend office) that support the Consumer Bank Group, and Private banking group in achieving financial sales and goals by ensuring outstanding operational/administrative control.
- Communicating with our technical development team in order to set the development plan of the project, estimating the effort of each phase, making sure that the technical development team will reach each milestone on time in order to avoid any delay.
- Focusing on providing customers with internet and mobile solutions. These customer solutions are often used to automate existing business functions or develop a relationship with customers based on market research and best practices.
- Handling E-Commerce projects (SADAD Account OLP), documentation, communication and approval of functional or non-functional business requirements for software applications, infrastructure implementations.
- Managing the Merchant On-boarding process, including creation of, enhancements to and tracking of process.
- Writing UAT Plan and Performing UAT, reviewing Penetration Test Report, and arranging to solve security issues.
