Job responsibilities and achievements:
o Ensure continuous steam, water, compressed air & cooling water supply to the plant.
o Member of plant energy optimization team
o Maintain high water & steam quality by implementing periodic chemical / operational analyses and taking corrective actions accordingly .
o Establish utilities operating parameters in terms of KPI’s.
o Take corrective actions by creating and executing continuous improvement program and cost saving projects.
o Establish Energy and water usage Management System.
o Establish PM plan for utilities department with maintenance team.
o Implementing steam & water chemical treatment program for WTP, cooling water & boilers.
o Dealing with suppliers and equipment service contractors (AtlasCopco, Nalco, Aramco and others)
o Designing MOCs for modification projects to optimize the units performance according to engineering concepts & standards.
o Data entry (creating PRs, receiving and issuing goods through SAP system).
o Member of plant HACCP team.
o Member of commissioning / startup team for Expanded Starch and Sweetener plant from 300 Ton/day to 1000 Ton/day capacity.
o Working with +20 Nationality team.
Job position as superintendent managing and supervising the production lines according to technical orders and standards.
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from KFUPM
