مساعد مدير التوطين وصندوق الموارد البشرية :
*إعداد وتأهيل كوادر وطنية في مجال الوظائف ( السعوده ) من خلال إكسابهم المهارات والمعارف الازمة في ذلك .
*اعداد برنامج متكامل لاستقطاب طالبي العمل .
*القدرة على وضع مسارات التطوير الوظيفي للوظائف .
* تشخيص وتحليل مشكلات إدارة الموارد البشرية وبالذات مشاكل السعودة وإحلال الوظيفي .
*ادارة متكاملة في صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية .
*ادارة متكامله في التنسيق مع الجامعات والكليات والمعاهد وعمل اليوم المفتوح ويوم المهنه وعمل جميع التحضيرات لذلك .
Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HC service provided meets the needs of company’s business.
Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies and updated Government Regulations.
Control Payroll Calculation, compulsory Insurances and other HR reports as required by authorities.
Coordinate with HC to conduct annual employee performance appraisal.
Follow procedures related to Expatriates working for the company: visa, passport, work permits, medical expenses, etc….
Maintain discipline as well as create motivation for all employees.
Supervise HR team, solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration; develop strong relationships with business and effective communication between Company & employees.
To be in charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments).
Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly.
Assess available manpower reports and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of cost, utilization, and reallocation of filled positions.
Human Resource Value Project. (HR Reengineering)
Develop of the 2 year Saudization plan.
13- Responsible for all HRDF functions.
14- Responsible for all tasks, meetings, Open Days, Career Days in
universities and institutes and prepare all procedures related to it.
15- Manage employee’s accommodation, accommodation maintenance
and Staff split by nationality within the accommodation locations.
16- responsible for sport activities and subsistence services Inside
accommodations.
