-Responsible for presenting Project Sponsor with ITG.
-Determine project scope and timeline for all deliverables including some occasional participation in product/business development needs assessment, changes in policy or procedures.
-Successfully set and manage project sponsor expectations and proactively address issues as they arise.
-Ensure effective team and key stakeholder communication.
-Demonstrate effective teamwork. Display a willingness to direct other team members in driving overall PMO progress and be willing to solicit assistance when needed. Be flexible and prepared to handle changing project priorities and needs. Effectively work with each team manager to drive overall project timelines and provide regular management reporting.
-Interface with ITG and vendors to achieve the agreed performance output.
-Periodically report to PMO Head, project progress and budget.
-Change the projects/CRs priorities according to the business needs.
-Support stakeholders in product management enhancement and changes in policies, procedure and process flow including proposing new policy which may result of new changes (applications or introduction of new service).
-Support stakeholders in performing User Acceptance Test and provide guidelines to prepare test scripts and test cases.
-Look for alternative solutions to business/technical problems during project/product development/execution.
-Ensure quality of the solution and project deliverables.
-Manage projects' bugs/issues after implementation.
-Hand over the projects after stabilization to the concern unit such as Branch Support.
-Provide training to various levels such as branches or Credit Administration when necessary.
-Consults with project sponsor/PMO head to finalize client planning, training, implementation and presentations
-Manages all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate the successful delivery
