• Develop strategic business plans, operating budgets, and actual expenses for effective insight into short, intermediate, and long range planning.

• Investigates and performs follow-up activities on unplanned events and/or jobs. Investigates accidents, injuries and incidents within assigned PSL.
• Coordinates the hiring process for assigned PSL; in concert with Human Resources.
• Interviews potential candidates for PSL.
• Working with the performance developments coordinator (PDC) on Halliburton University training to deliver it to the field personnel.
• Working with the Technical Professional to ensure the right equipment’s to be used for each rig and as per the DOS
• Preparing DOS.
• Service Quality. (Monitoring operation efficiency, operating hours & None productive time).
• Handling the Key performance indicator & Customer satisfaction survey. (KPI&CSS).
• Inputting time sheets and service entries in SAP system.
• Develop and deliver Taproots, Safety meetings, and competencies for employees.
Planning & Coordinating crew changes, logistics, equipment’s distribution / utilization and for 150+ employees.
Preparing and delivering oral practice Conversation Club sessions for student who wished to improve their Arabic language skills.
