Responsibilities:
Shipping and logistic manager:

• Supervising on all the projects for¸
- Receiving the bill of materials of the projects and preparing it for loading.
- Ordering shipment Containers according to preparation phase (with respect to volume & weight).
- Preparing Packing list for Projects overseas as per “ Transit standards”
- Managing the shipping teams to perform loading requirements
- Synchronous loading of local & overseas projects
- All loading activities is perform in coordination with (Production control, Steel fabrication department, Accessories fabrication department, Factory manager, Head office)
• Supervising of vehicle Movement:

- Managing vehicle Drivers inside the Company & outside.
- Coordinate with the site engineers as per site requirements.
- Following the Vehicles movement (GPS reports).
- Communicate with the transport agencies for hiring vehicles.
- Control the orders scale and comparing with the theoretical scale.
- Controlling the vehicles petrol.
- Following the maintenance Dept. for the damaged vehicles.
• Purchasing vehicle's spare parts (3 months only):
- Purchasing spare parts for the company vehicles.
