• To Source Resumes from Job Portals as per Client's requirements.
• Responsible for handling all levels of Recruitment.
• Follow-up with the candidates till he/she accepts the ofer letter and joins the company.

• Worked as a Customer Service Executive in BSLI (Birla Sun Life Insuarance) department in Outbound and Inbound Process.
• Give brief about product and plan to the customers who taken insurance policy from BSLI
• Understand and solve the queries of customers, give satisfactory answer and feedback to them.
• Welcome calling, Lapsation calling, Reminder calling about due date of their insurance policy
