• Recruiting of team members that possess the relevant skills for the job role.
• Developed and maintained training materials and benefits packets for new hires.
• Managed payroll processes for a team of 400 employees. In addition to payroll of 150 outsource employees.
• Maintaining Leave Balance reports.
• Attendance processing.
• Maintaining the Management Information System (MIS).
• Setup a new HRMIS for the property.

• Managing M Hub in effective Manner, posting Jobs, closing of positions, Internal transfers, Reports, Termination, LPA Upload and other tasks.
• Uploading Just Report It.

• Preparation of offer letters, Appointment letters, confirmation letters, appreciation letters, warning letters, Payroll Action Forms, Experience Letters and other for the employees.
• Networks with local organizations to source candidates for current or future openings.
• Partners with Loss Prevention to conduct employee accident investigations, as necessary.
• Grievance and query handling of the employees.
• Policies and procedures preparation and execution.
• Driving various welfare, Engagement activities.
• Planning, organizing and coordinating company events.
