• Responsible for Company yield improvement, department 5S, Productivity improvement, Defect reduction, Achieve company target, Reduce cost by implementing Kaizen.
• Responsible for safe working procedures in the area to keep the number of accidents to the minimum or zero.
• Proficient in managing all operations related to manpower planning, production, product quality, process of incoming materials and inspection.
