Responsible for warehouses & international logistics operation including trade compliances
To supervise daily operation and responsible for the whole operation and commercial tasks. To set up yearly budget and target of operation excellence.
Acting as General Manager for appointed time.
Responsible of day to day operation for fleet operation, warehouse and Warehouse Management System, Inbound and Outbound activities, including inter island shipment. Dedicated time to oversee Safety measure, KPI set up and to make sure all aspect in operation aligned with company's target.
Supervise daily activities in Transport, warehouse & Inventory management, Distribution, Export & Import, Purchasing & Procurement team, Fleet operation and Distributors
Responsible for Purchasing Raw material Import and local supply, put away stock in warehouse, system input output, local distribution & arrange transportation, including export shipment arrangement. Control third party performance, inhouse tasks team and manage warehouse occupancy ratio.
I am strong in analytical skills and business senses/seminary. in addition, i have taken special study for strategic management and general psychology/behavior which those subject produced good ranks.
