Area of Work;
▪ In charge for the preparation and reporting of the below mentioned financial & performance reports to the top management:
o Income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement
o Inventory reports and analyzing inventory aging report and provision.
o Cost absorption analysis and resource utilization report
o Sales performance report with salesmen target achievement
▪ Finalization of Accounts & examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
▪ Develop budgets and financial plans for the company and variance analysis.
▪ Supervising inventory accounts, monitoring direct expenses and overhead accounts, monthly reconciliation of inventory and manufacturing sub ledgers to the trial balance.
▪ Coordinating for the organization’s annual stock taking.
▪ Participating in implementation of manufacturing module, providing training to the manufacturing team in calculation of bill of material & routing.
▪ Provide information on areas of increased costs, take timely actions for cost control and cost reduction, ensure efficient material and resource utilization.
▪ Finalizing the cost of manufacturing items and pricing of organization’s products & projects.
▪ Gross margin analysis to keep track and avoid cases of margin slippage.
▪ Coordinating for internal and statutory audits.
Accounts Payable
▪ Manage the accurate and timely processing of invoices, validate and closing A/P sub-ledger on a monthly basis, and resolve all issues.
▪ Reconcile Supplier Statement and arranging payment.
Area of Work;
▪ Preparation of capital & revenue budget and variance analysis.
▪ Accounts finalization and reconciliation with costing statements.
▪ Calculation of bill of material, department hour rate for cost allocation.
▪ Calculation & reporting of project / product and trading profitability.
▪ Inventory (raw material, WIP & FG) management and control.
▪ Review various elements of working capital & management.
▪ Preparation of cost sheet and MIS reports as per the requirement of management.
▪ Providing information of consumption, waste generation, and capacity utilization.
▪ Expense (purchase, sales and general) management and review.
▪ Bank reconciliation, inter unit and intercompany reconciliation.
▪ Review and accounting of fund investments related transactions.
▪ Preparation of various investments related reports
▪ Bank reconciliation.
Area of Work - Accounts Receivable
▪ Accounting of revenue as per the accounting policy of the company and accounting standards.
▪ Accounting advance, receipts & reconciliation of customer balances.
▪ Review provision for doubtful debts & liquidity damages (LD).
▪ Review and follow up of debtor’s position, TDS.
▪ Accounting, review and follow up of sales related expenses.
Purchase Finance
▪ Analyzing the purchase proposal to procure the required quantity in time, with most competitive price, Ensuring the requirement with available stock, BOM (Bill of Material) and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) in SAP environment (FI/CO module)
▪ Day to day monitoring of GL Accounts Like GRIR, Advance, MIT, Rejection Accounts and resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities
▪ Availing service tax & Cenvat credit on monthly basis.
