My scope includes Managing the Azure Cloud infrastructure for all the customers using RM
products.Involving Webhosting, administration and availability management for Global Customers,
request,
incident and Change management. Also worked to maintain Company security, Quality - risk and
compliance for the team.
➢ Part of the Azure Infrastructure team, which also works as a Centre of Excellence group (COE) for
the Technical operations in RM.
➢ Work in Azure build, deployment, application support, Windows administration, AKS and
Docker.
➢ Develops and performs ongoing maintenance for architecture and design of the cloud
environment, keeping design in line with the overall business IT standards and working with
other stakeholders to Keep cloud architecture aligned with service tiers, internal SLAs, and
business goals.
➢ Designs and maintains the cloud infrastructure components, including network design, virtual
Machine resource allocation, storage, and security.
➢ Monitor performance and security of the system to guarantee uptime and avoid threats. Alert the
management team of capacity problems or security holes before they have the chance to hurt
service delivery as per requirement implementation of monitoring and alerting requirement using
various tools.
➢ Work with Project team and provide necessary inputs for successful delivery
➢ Closely work with Product team for New Innovations, POC’s, CI, etc.
➢ Work with external security vendors and internal stakeholders for VA/PT
