• Carried Out the Maintenance of Auxiliary Machinery Like; Air Compressors, Cooling
Tower, Diesel & Gas Generators, Water Chillers, Pallet Stacker, Hand Trolleys,
Cargo Lift, Centrifugal Pumps as per Maintenance Schedule.
• Minimized the Downtime & Lead the Maintenance Team during Troubleshooting,
Fault Rectification, Major Repairs or Replacements on Plant and Machine with
Hands-on Experience and also Work in Under Pressure Situations and Deadlines.
• Execute the Maintenance Job Activities as per ISOs Standards: 9001, 14001,
22000.

• Manage and Involved the Machines Maintenance Operations in the Plant with the
Maintenance Support Team during the Fault Rectifications & Maintenance of
Machines.

Defined Task in the Machine Log Book
• Do Modifications, Major Replacements and Repairs to Improve the Operations of
Machines.
• Correspond and Implements the ISO Standards of Health & Safety, Work Place &
Environment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Covering Opened Moving
Parts of Machines, Prepare & Improve the ISO-9001 Standards Documentations as
per System Requirements.
• Preparing the Periodic & Predictive Maintenance Report, Utility / Energy
Consumption Report, Key Performance Indicator Report (KPI), Operations
Worthiness Reports, Machines Log Books and Technical Documentation and its
Correspondences.

• Assist the Maintenance and Engineering Activities in the Factory Dyeing Unit
Section.
• Do Corrective & Preventive Maintenance activity like Repair and Replace the
damaged or broken parts, lubricant the rollers and gear boxes installed on
machines.
