design drawing and review the DD1 and DD2 drawings.
Start submitting the ITP plan for Raised Floor, Gypsum partition wall,
Gypsum ceiling, paint work, vinyl flooring, carpet tiling, Baffle ceiling,
acoustical ceiling, Vinyl Roller Curtain, and ITP for Wooden Doors & Frame.
Responsible to Submit the site dilapidation report to the KAFD. Done
Re-arrange the BOQ as per each activity for architectural work and identify
the missing items.
Responsible for All KAFD documentation Like inspection request, Permits,
like Isolation de-isolation, Ceiling Closure, RFI's, & Slab infill requests etc

Responsible for the quality inspection and implementation of approved plans
and specifications, approved quality standards and procedures during
construction on all phases of civil works and architectural works assigned by
the Management.
Study and review the issued construction drawings, plan, details and
specification to ensure that all works implemented and carried at site conforms
to approved Quality Program, Procedures and Requirements by Ministry of
Interior Engineering standards and Procedures.
Coordinate with the site area manager on all quality issues Coordinate and
chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects contractor’s QC
personnel.

Inspecting of Architectural finishes’ (internal and external paint, wall puty,
Texture, primer, Epoxy coating).
