Prepare Overdue Reports of marketers / teams wise & follow-up the plan given daily/ weekly and update the status to HOS.
Based on plan submitted in sales review meeting prepare the production report daily basis & update the progress to HOS.
Coordinate and collecting clam’s chq, renewal notice from relevant department and dispatch them accordingly after recording claim chq & renewal notices.
Administrate and coordinate the team promotion/ meeting/ system administration work/ official memos.
Processing the Team Incentive & coordinating with finance team to process Company Teams Incentive,
