Organization Over view: Gulf Contracting is a Qatar based Grade A contractor offering construction & support services to all key sectors in Qatar. The majority of projects are carried out by internal resident skilled labour force, using own plant & equipment’s. Currently employs around 5000+ workforce across Doha.
Profile Over view: A Specialist HR role involving all core functions of HR with an additional responsibility of staff & workers administration and Procurement function relating to the Catering Division. Report directly to HR-Head & suggesting organizational development & improvements (keeping in mind quality, cost, best practices etc.) in HR functions within all GCC operations at a national scale. Handling a team of 9 members (Direct reporting).
