Key Responsibilities:
•Preconstruction activities :
•Responsible for arranging a preconstruction meeting to orient the contractor and to discuss items of mutual interest concerning the start, conduct and completion of work which also include quality control and documentation.
•Coordinate with various departments, client and contractor to finalize the date of meeting and send meeting invitation with agenda of meeting.
•Review and distribute minutes of meeting to the project team.

•Control of contractors work :
•Weekly progress meetings : Conducting progress meeting weekly with project manager, construction manager, project scheduler, safety officer and subcontractor representatives for the competent and timely completion of work
•Review pervious minutes of meeting, status of work since the last meeting, status of submittals and RFI’s
•Review of safety, quality and unresolved issues
•Checking of contractors survey layouts, alignments and levels
•Project tacking with approved base line schedule

•Reporting :
•Preparation of daily and monthly reports and maintaining of photographic record of progress of each job covering preconstruction, progress and final photographs. And also the photographs of activities where claims or changes may be anticipated
•Review of contractor daily, monthly and safety audit reports
•Control of documents and drawings :
•Maintaining records of all updated and approved document and drawings and mark the changes / deviation from issue of construction drawings.
•Review deviations to meet project specification, local standards to build a more practical and economical structure and to eliminate errors in the drawings
•Communicating and coordinating with project design consultant for periodic site visits.
•Preparation of field sketches to track the difference between approved drawings and actual construction. Record the changes to reflect in as build drawing
•Review of Submittals and deliverables :
•Review of plans & procedures, project schedules, material approval sheets (technical datasheets and manufacturer test reports) drawings ( shop, working and as-build)
•Review of deliverables includes copy of permits, project plans, method statements and test reports
•Review of site specific work plans
•Quality assurance, inspection and testing :
•Planning of field inspectors works as per the weekly project schedules, RFI’s and review of test plans and quality control plans.
•Reviews of field inspector’s daily reports and to cross check the accuracy of the recorded works and track the actual work performed against the schedule.
•Issue of non-conformance reports when inspector daily report reveals nonconforming items of work. Re-examination of the nonconforming works and rejecting of unsatisfactory workmanship and materials if any.
•Conducting of joint sampling and witness the field/laboratory testing. Also include material testing in independent laboratory.
•Conducting quality assurance audits and circulating of audit reports to project technical team

Design and Construction of Reinforced Earth Walls for 161 Km of 8 Lane Access controlled express way - Hyderabad Outer Ring Road Phase 1, 2 and 2B

Z-Tech Canada is a technical consultants for government organization and leading construction companies in India for specialized works like design and construction of MSE Walls, Breakwaters, and Ground Improvement works.

Worked with industry professionals (engineers, Consultants, researchers, government bodies) for implementation of geosynthetics for infrastructure projects. Also worked for Pavement stabilization using asphalt grids, strengthen of airport runways using fibre glass grids, marine break waters using Geotubes.

Key Responsibilities:

•Coordinating design approvals of reinforced earth walls, reinforced slopes, ground improvement works, expansion joints for bridges and buildings, waterproofing works for basements and terrace.
