FileNet Consultant/FileNet Admin
• Over 4.2 years of experience of working in IBM FileNet Infrastructure implementation and administration.
• Installation and administration of FileNet application projects in IBM FileNet BPM, CM, & other FileNet add-ons.
• Ensuring reliability, secure operation of the pre-production and production server environments, maintaining and supporting complex hardware and software configurations using a process-driven approach.
• Experience in FileNet P8 High Availability (HA) infrastructure installation, implementation and administration. Have in-depth knowledge to P8 FileNet 4.0, 5.2 and 5.1 with Case Manager Core of products (Process Engine, Content Engine, and Application Engine).
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: FileNet P8 (Process Engine, Content Engine, Rendition Engine, Case Analyzer), WebSphere, AIX, LINUX, Http Server, JAVA.
• Experience in performing FileNet P8 project upgrades, migration (4.0 to 5.1version) from one platform to another infrastructure of FileNet based enterprise content management solutions.
• Good experience on administration tools like Enterprise Manager, Process Designer, Process Configuration Console, Process Tracker, Search Designer, Entry Template Wizards, Subscription Wizards and BPF Explorer.
• Experience in Configuring WebSphere Application Server and IBM Network Deployment V6.1/7.0, IBM Base Version 7.0
• Good experience of off-shore production support for enterprise level FileNet applications.
• Creating and maintaining documentation of standard configurations, operations, and DR procedures. Establishing monitors to proactively detect service disruptions, gathers, organizes and analyzes capacity and performance data, and makes recommendation as to infrastructure changes to meet current and projected availability needs.
• Highly analytical, result oriented and rapid adaptation to new environments and technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Equally comfortable working in a team environment as well individually.
• Quick learner of new skills, technologies and methodologies.
